After working in the marketing department for Delta Air Lines, the Pensacola office closed in 1994 when the entire company restructured. When she worked for Delta Air Line, travel was a major perk. She has been to every country in Europe (more than once), Russia, half the states in the US, Canada and Mexico ( where she accidentally drank the water - ugh). You can say she has a bit of a travel bug.

While attending college in New Orleans, Meredith began working with the Brennan family at Mr. B’s Bistro in the French Quarter and quickly fell in love with the hospitality industry. She began her professional career with Sysco Food Services in Orlando where she worked with both small local restaurants and large resorts in the attractions area. She then accepted a position in Savannah, GA, where she helped Sysco produce positive revenue growth for the first time in over a decade. While in Savannah, Meredith had two big personal milestones, running a marathon and getting married! After 12 years with Sysco and a move to Gulf Breeze, Florida with her husband, Meredith decided to look for a career that would allow her to work with different types of businesses, not just restaurants. She found what she was looking for in an advertising account executive position with The USA Today Network. For the last 5 years, Meredith has worked in the travel, tourism, entertainment, casino, legal and political fields, helping businesses create dynamic multi-media marketing programs that will strategically help achieve their business goals. When she’s not helping businesses, Meredith is either practicing yoga, reading at the beach or relaxing at home with her husband and two dogs. She also enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures - especially the food! She is a certified Reiki practitioner and meditates daily, believing self-care is an essential part of a healthy, fulfilling life. Meredith supports Project Semicolon, an organization dedicated to the prevention of suicide through public awareness and education. She also volunteers with Autism Pensacola, a local organization that serves as a resource for support, advocacy, education and networking opportunities for individuals and families affected by autism in the Pensacola Bay area.
